Unframed works typically ship within 1–2 business days in archival-safe packaging. Framed works are hand-assembled to order and require up to two weeks before dispatch. Tracking is provided once the order has been released for shipment.

Playmate Marketa Janska
Published in Playboy in July 2003, Playmate Marketa Janska is a warm, low-lit nude of the Czech model, photographed by Stephen Wayda, one of the magazine's most prolific staff photographers. Janska grew up in a small village outside Prague before moving to Los Angeles to model, where a chance connection led her to Playboy.
Wayda's process was exacting. Born in Los Angeles, he studied in Utah and worked as a hard-news reporter for the Salt Lake City Tribune before inheriting cameras from his grandfather and teaching himself photography. On a Playmate shoot, he might expose more than a thousand frames, then edit them down to the handful that carried the right light, pose, and feeling.
Playboy Photo Director Gary Cole described what set Wayda apart:
Wayda is an extremely professional photographer with a great sense of light and the ability to relate to many different personalities, to bring out their individuality and sexuality.
In Playmate Marketa Janska, she lies back across an ornate chaise in warm candlelight, her head tipped toward the camera and long hair spilling beneath her, legs raised and bent high behind her. She wears a sheer black cutout bodystocking, her hands resting at her chest, candles glowing softly on a table in the background. The whole frame is intimate and golden, built from amber light, deep shadow, and Wayda's careful sense of pose.
Photographed by Wayda, modeled by Janska, and preserved within the Playboy Legacy Collection, the work is part of the forty-eight-print archival edition released for Playboy's 50th anniversary.
Collection Note
The Playboy Legacy Collection was released in 2007 for the magazine's 50th anniversary as a forty-eight-print archival edition curated under the direction of Hugh Hefner. Each print is embossed with the archive seal bearing the Playboy Bunny mark and accompanied by a Certificate of Authenticity.
