Shipping policy

FinePhoto.Art offers complimentary insured standard shipping on all orders within the United States unless otherwise stated on the individual artwork page.

Each artwork is packed with care appropriate to its medium, size, value, framing status, and accompanying documentation. Orders are shipped with tracking, and signature confirmation may be required for delivery.

Unframed Works

Standard unframed prints are dispatched within 3 business days of order confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Complimentary insured standard shipping is included for United States orders. Custom framing and special handling can require additional preparation time, as described below.

Once an order has shipped, the collector will receive tracking information by email.

Custom Framing

Custom framing is offered as an optional premium service on select works. Because framed orders require additional preparation, inspection, fitting, packing, and handling, custom-framed works may require approximately 5–10 additional business days before shipment.

Framing timelines are estimates only. Oversized works, specialty materials, high-value works, or frame-shop scheduling may require additional time. FinePhoto.Art will contact the collector if a framed order requires special coordination before shipment.

Oversized, Framed, and High-Value Works

Oversized, framed, fragile, or high-value works may require specialized packing, additional insurance, signature confirmation, or delivery coordination. In some cases, FinePhoto.Art may contact the collector before shipment to confirm the delivery address, availability, and any special handling requirements.

Delivery Address

Collectors are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. FinePhoto.Art is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information.

If an address correction is needed after an order is placed, contact FinePhoto.Art as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered fulfillment or shipment.

Shipping Delays

Delivery dates are estimates only and are not guaranteed. FinePhoto.Art is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs processing, missed delivery attempts, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Damaged Shipments

If a package arrives visibly damaged, do not discard the packaging. Photograph the exterior box, interior packaging, artwork, and any visible damage immediately, then contact FinePhoto.Art as soon as possible.

Damage claims may require photographs of the packaging, the artwork, the shipping label, and all included materials. The original packaging must be preserved while the claim is reviewed.

Documentation

Many works offered by FinePhoto.Art are accompanied by Certificates of Authenticity, archive embossing, edition information, invoices, provenance records, or other documentation. Collectors should retain all documentation after delivery, as these materials are part of the artwork's collector record.

United Kingdom Shipping

Shipping to the United Kingdom is available at checkout through UK Standard Shipping for a flat US$20 per order. Any currency conversion is shown at checkout. Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and brokerage fees are not included in this shipping charge.

Other International Destinations

For destinations outside the United States and United Kingdom, contact FinePhoto.Art before purchase to confirm availability, shipping method, insurance, customs requirements, and a shipping quote. Orders to these destinations require prior arrangement.

International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
