Refund policy

FinePhoto.Art sells archival, signed, editioned, framed, and provenance-supported photographic works. Returns are not accepted without prior written authorization.

Returns may be considered only in limited circumstances, including shipping damage, material error in the item received, or another issue approved by FinePhoto.Art in writing. Returned works must be received in the same condition in which they were shipped, with all accompanying Certificates of Authenticity, invoices, edition materials, and provenance records intact.

To request a return review, contact FinePhoto.Art within seven days of delivery with the order number, artwork title, reason for the request, and clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any relevant documentation.

Do not ship any artwork back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
