She is dressed to the nines in the barest sense, in white over-the-knee socks, a cropped knit sweater and very little else, and the paperback lying at the edge of the bed supplies the other three quarters of the title. Behind the glass, a freestanding tub and a round wicker daybed set the scene in a quiet, glass-walled room.\u003c\/p\u003e\n  \u003cblockquote class=\"pullquote\"\u003eInnocence and provocation, dressed in the same white.\u003c\/blockquote\u003e\n  \u003cp\u003eSheets, socks, and sweater are all white, and Kosmos lets the whites carry the picture.
